Our internal actions

To embody our values, our corporate mission and raise awareness among our teams, numerous initiatives have been put in place.
You can explore them in detail by theme below!

Capa 9 Environmental

In 2022, a dedicated team created by consultants was set up to raise internal awareness about environmental issues. This team, nicknamed "Thigreen", implements awareness-raising actions around ecology and works to reduce Thiga's impact.

Capa 7 Social

A team of internal employees and consultants has been working on diversity and inclusion issues hand in hand with management for several years, alongside HR-led initiatives to ensure a healthy and inclusive work environment.

Capa 8 Governance

Governance is a collective responsibility at Thiga: several teams ensure our practices are ethical, transparent and aligned with our commitments. Each year, new actions are implemented.

Our approach

Beyond awareness-raising, we seek to integrate CSR into all aspects of our daily operations in order to embed good practices across all our teams.

Clear rules to guide our practices

We have drafted and published numerous policies to guide our day-to-day actions, and created a charter for our partners to engage them in our approach. We regularly update these documents.

Team training

We provide training for Thiga's recruitment teams and managers. These aim to equip the Thicrew to handle potential situations of discrimination or mental health issues, for example.

Annual assessments for continuous improvement

To identify our strengths and weaknesses, we conduct an annual EcoVadis assessment, a carbon footprint audit, and cross-functional internal surveys (DEI, satisfaction survey...) to track our progress and define future actions at Thiga.

Our latest EcoVadis assessment earned us a Silver medal.

Integrating CSR into our work

We wrote and published the book Responsables (French only) in 2022. The goal: to provide tools to understand and audit a product's responsibility.
We have also published several articles and opinion pieces on the subject on our media.

Furthermore, two of our consultants participated in the Climate Product Leaders initiative, which aims to encourage Product teams to act against climate change through their professional practice.

Finally, we developed a dedicated AI agent for digital accessibility, to help Product & Tech teams detect non-compliance issues and suggest concrete improvement ideas from the design stage.
