Governance

Governance is a collective responsibility at Thiga: several teams ensure our practices are ethical, transparent and aligned with our commitments.

Over the years and as we have grown, new actions have been put in place to frame our decisions and commercial relationships.

Our actions

Below you will find the main actions implemented at Thiga to better structure our internal governance and surround ourselves with commercial partners aligned with our values and practices. These actions have notably enabled us to achieve an EcoVadis score of 74/100 on the Ethics pillar and 66/100 on the Sustainable Procurement pillar.

Ethics and compliance

An ethics policy was put in place in 2025 to frame the behaviours we must adopt on a daily basis (anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, fraud prevention...) at Thiga.

We also formalised in 2026 a social policy, which centralises our commitments on labour rights, equal treatment, health and safety, parenthood support and compliance with international labour conventions.

We strive to strictly comply with GDPR and have implemented an IT charter to ensure the security and confidentiality of data (internal or belonging to our clients).

Relations with our partners

As a consulting firm, we work with a very large number of partners. In this context, we have drafted a CSR charter that we send to them in order to encourage responsible practices throughout our value chain.

You can check it out here (French only).

Our responsible purchasing policy also allows us to be vigilant when selecting future commercial partners.

Transparency and assessments

We work with external companies to objectively assess the company's practices across the various pillars.

Furthermore, we adopt as transparent an internal communication approach as possible regarding the actions implemented and their results.

Continuous improvement

We regularly update our various internal policies to adapt them to the reality and results obtained or desired.

We progressively implement new practices based on feedback.
