Manutan, a leading B2B e-commerce player in Europe, operates across 17 countries and 25 subsidiaries. At the heart of its strategy, its e-commerce platforms serve businesses, public institutions, and craftsmen alike.

Amid a large-scale technical migration across its platforms, Manutan aimed to strengthen its product organization, building a genuine product culture, uniting teams, and aligning business and technical priorities to maximize impact.

Our approach

  • Structuring the product organization

    Creation of cross-functional teams and product trios (PO/PM, Product Designer, Tech Lead). Delivery workflows (DoR, DoD) were clarified, turning collaboration into a true performance driver.
